Tepid water

STEP ONE: Mix water, grains, bran, rasins, berries, and salt and let sit over night

 STEP TWO: Add yeast, flour and water and knead thoroughly

 STEP THREE: Form into 4 loaves and let rise 15-20 min in a warm place until springy

 STEP FOUR: Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 30 min

Serving Ideas : Serve with brie and home made preserves.
